Change management

  • We will post updates here and aim to provide advance notice where feasible (typically 30 days), for adding or replacing a subprocessor that handles Customer Content, except where urgent for security/continuity.
  • Customers may subscribe to change notifications via legal-notices@cortexium.io.
  • If you reasonably object to a new subprocessor, contact us. We will work in good faith to provide an alternative or discuss termination with a pro‑rated refund.
